Por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, los becarios han estado plantando \u00e1rboles en las calles, educando a los vecinos y demostrando c\u00f3mo el verde urbano mejora la salud p\u00fablica, la calidad del aire y la resiliencia. El reportaje tambi\u00e9n destaca el acto comunitario de la Agrupaci\u00f3n del 13 de agosto en Safe Harbors Green, organizado junto con el mercado agr\u00edcola de Common Ground y una exhibici\u00f3n de trapecio.  <\/p>\n\n<p>  Newburgh ha perdido m\u00e1s de 4.000 \u00e1rboles en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, una p\u00e9rdida que agrava las desigualdades en materia de calor, calidad del aire, inundaciones pluviales y bienestar vecinal. La Beca de Justicia Medioambiental, una colaboraci\u00f3n entre Outdoor Promise, Greater Newburgh Parks Conservancy y el Consejo Asesor de Conservaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 invirtiendo esa tendencia.
