Join Outdoor Promise’s Rep Nature Leadership Program—a youth-driven movement to Respect, Explore, and Protect nature while building real leadership skills. You’ll connect with others, explore beautiful trails, and lead hikes that bring your community into the outdoors.
🌱 What You’ll Do
Join an immersive, 3-day, 2-night outdoor leadership retreat (Friday, April 25 – Sunday, April 27, 2025) — camp, hike, grow.
- Co-lead two Community Day Hikes across the Hudson Valley at some point from May to November.
- Represent your city, build confidence, and inspire others to get outside.
- No prior experience needed—show up with curiosity and commitment.

Milestone Grant Amounts
- Complete Leadership Training $125
- Co-lead Community Hike #1 $75
- Co-lead Community Hike #2 $75
- Final Reflection Submission $75
