We are united in our dedication to getting youth and their families to enjoy meaningful experiences outdoors!
We believe that in order for people to learn how to protect the environment, they must have experienced it in a meaningful way. As our growing population becomes more urban, many people go about their lives not having experienced the beauty and awe of the natural world.
Outdoor Promise exists to connect youth and their families to meaningful outdoor experiences to help foster a sense of stewardship. How can we ask people to protect what they don’t know? Let’s get outdoors!

Outdoor Promise is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to offer adventure-based experiential education and character development experiences which promote personal well-being, leadership, community, civic engagement, and stewardship of the natural world.

Expose youth and their families to the natural world so we develop the environmental leaders of tomorrow, today! We are working to create scalable youth outdoor education programs that target disadvantaged youth, incorporating S.T.E.A.M. concepts while also improving physical fitness, academic achievement, and environmental consciousness
